Kevin Conley is a highly accomplished coach on and off the field. He spent 15 years as the varsity boys’ soccer coach at Walkersville (2000–2015), leading the team to a county championship in 2000, two conference titles, and multiple regional finals. His leadership earned him recognition as the MACS Coach of the Year (2007) and Frederick County Coach of the Year (2005, 2007). He is the school’s all-time winningest coach. Conley also played a pivotal role in developing Walkersville’s girls’ soccer program, serving as JV and assistant head coach from 2021 to 2024. He helped grow the JV program, organized preseason tournaments, and led a field renovation project. At the club level, he coached FC Frederick and Excel for more than a decade, winning multiple league titles, including two President’s Cups. He has completed multiple USSF coaching licenses and training programs and holds a USSF B license.
